The kennel of Four Winds Policedog Center is designed to minimize a number of hours spending with cleaning the kennels. The safety of the people and dogs has been very important in the development.

The building has a fire retardant roof; the kennels have a mechanical ventilation, floor heating and have continuous access to fresh drinking water. To avoid stress, it is not possible for the dogs to see each other and the dogs have enough space and rest opportunities in the kennels.

Four Winds Policedog Center has a maximum capacity of 55 dog kennels, but in order to ensure quality, we have on average 30 dogs.

Our training center has various facilities for the dogs to train which are located outside and inside the building. Outside is a large training field where both the search and patrol dogs are working. Here is a search & rescue dogs training area, several vehicles for the detection training and large open space for further training purposes.

In addition, the dogs can go upstairs with a metal open staircase to the first floor. Here is a large training room that has many facilities. There are many tables, lockers, benches, and other objects to teach our dogs to search. There is also a conveyor belt with luggage, boxes and packages to train our customs dogs.

The dog must show no fear and must be stabile and free. All facilities are used for the dogs to prepare them to practice. The basis of the training is done at our training centre, but once it is laid we move to different sites in the area for the specialization and experience of the dogs.
